Welcome to Mahora School 2012
Mahora School is a state contributing primary school (Decile 3) catering for boys and girls from Year 1 (five year olds) to Year 6 (ten and eleven year olds). The school is set in spacious grounds in the north west corner of Hastings city. The buildings reflect the history of the school which opened as a single classroom school in 1903. The school is currently zoned and has a maximum roll of 364 pupils.
At Mahora School we always put the child first. We invite you to come to the school and take a look for yourselves. You will see our classrooms in action you will feel the tone and the spirit of the school. See for yourselves the quality learning opportunities the school provides for all children.
